Experienced Drupal/PHP Engineer (2 openings)
Location: Pleasanton, CA
POSITION SUMMARY
PHP Developers will be utilizing the Drupal API to solve for business needs in creative and novel ways. Individuals in this role must be conceptual thinkers yet highly executional; collaborating from the earliest stages through the entire project life cycle. Our Developers own feature development, building community-driven and social networking functionality following Drupal coding and Web Standards to achieve consistent, compelling online experiences. Your code will be running on a high-traffic, high-availability production environment. Best of all, we have fun and are open to new ideas and approaches.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop scalable, modular, and manageable production features defined by product team using various design patterns and a combination of contributed and custom Drupal modules
- Work with team members to establish best practices and procedures to maximize efficiency and minimize risk
- Other corporate related activities to help company attend maximum efficiency and productivity.
REQUIREMENTS
- Senior-level PHP (4/5) skill with strong knowledge of SQL relational databases
- Excellent attitude and personal skills, be committed and focused
- Strong communications skills
- 4+ years professional coding experience
- Working knowledge/experience using the Drupal API a huge bonus.
- Experience building scalable internet eCommerce and/or social networking applications.
- AJAX, jQuery and XML-RPC experience
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Engineering or related field
- Experience administering LAMP stack, SVN/CVS

Inside Sales Representative (Multiple Positions)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contacting potential prospects using the telephone and email
- Track activities in the CRM system (Salesforce)
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude while being a team player and cooperating with all departments
- Learn, understand and communicate the applications, features, added value and benefits of using ExpertHub
- Conducting online presentations/demos
- Sending sales collateral and additional communications to prospects
REQUIREMENTS:
- Articulate and professional communicative skills
- Passion for making telephone calls and strong hunter instinct
- Basic computer skills (Office, Internet)
- Ability to learn basic ExpertHub functionality and explain our programs to potential customers
- High school Diploma (2 years of Higher Education preferred)
- 2 years of Sales or Telemarketing experience (phone experience preferred)
- Knowledge of Salesforce and online marketing/advertising a plus
- Must be self-motivated
- Excellent organization skills
- Desire to learn and continually develop sales skills
