Community Marketing Manager

POSITION SUMMARY
The Community Marketing Manager is a unique, highly visible position whose main goal is to educate the installed base of customers on the benefits of the ExpertHub network – including article writing, profile enhancements, and more. Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Community Marketing Manager will take ownership over email marketing and customer product support to increase adoption rates and improve retention.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Installed Base Marketing- Create, implement and manage installed base marketing programs and promotions to improve adoption rates of article writing, profile improvements, and more
- Creation, design and execution of all email marketing campaigns
- Develop a marketing calendar
- Analysis of campaign effectiveness on retention rates, adoption, sales, etc.
- Manage content program to improve adoption rates and ensure continued use from installed base
- Initiate and manage ”Welcome Calls” to new customers
- Technical product support to installed base (as needed)
REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of experience
- Ability to adapt quickly to change and multitask
- Strong copy writing and editorial skills
- Ability to write, design and maintain all email marketing campaigns
- HTML skills
- Analysis and optimization of all campaigns
- Experience with B2B lead gen a plus
- Highly organized with effective written and oral communication skills

- Internet savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office, and able to learn and understand new platforms

PHP Developers will be utilizing the Drupal API to solve for business needs in creative and novel ways. Individuals in this role must be conceptual thinkers yet highly executional; collaborating from the earliest stages through the entire project life cycle. Our Developers own feature development, building community-driven and social networking functionality following Drupal coding and Web Standards to achieve consistent, compelling online experiences. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop scalable, modular, and manageable production features defined by product team using various design patterns and a combination of contributed and custom Drupal modules

REQUIREMENTS
